Swirl Bag

Swirl Bag is inspired by ‘Project For Grand Calibur’ from Oyster Stamps using Spellbinders Grand dies adapted to the Pazzles.

Swirl Bag

The body of the bag is made from black card 240gsm, mat one is red pearlescent paper 120gsm and the patterned mat is white pearlescent paper 120gsm sponged and stamped with crimson archival ink.

Edit – To cut some of this project you will need a 12″ x 24″ cutting mat.

  • I have tried to cut this amazing bag out. Then I wondered, do I need a 12 x 24 mat to cut it out on as the mat on the screen looks big?

  • Hi Joanna,

Yes it does need a 12 x 24 mat, it cuts from a sheet of A3 card though.

Most pieces can cut on a 12 x 12 mat if you re arrange them, but you need the long strip to make the sides of the bag in one piece.

  • It was the long piece I was wondering about. Thanks for your reply.
